What is The Leadership Accelerator?
It is a 12-week intensive programme for leaders who want to 10X their communication skills and to become a sharper, more charismatic speaker and leader who can represent their companies on a global stage. This means that training is conducted in English to help leaders master the skills necessary for the international audience.
What do you teach?
We focus on training different areas every 4 weeks. During the final 2 weeks, there will be a mock TV interview and a mock keynote presentation, fully recorded so you can review.
Here is the programme:
Week 1-4: The focus is on media training. You will learn how to answer questions in a charismatic manner using storytelling techniques. You will also learn strategies to handle tough and difficult questions.
Week 5-8: We zoom in on public speaking and you will learn ways to command a presence on stage, how to speak confidently and become a sharp and charming speaker.
Week 9-12: We polish your communication skills in the final stretch so you are ready for effective boardroom meetings or employee town halls.
Why is the program conducted exclusively in English?
